Dee Dobson Harper is a former New Yorker, now a Greenville, North Carolina based advertising copywriter for Faulkner & Associates Advertising, Inc. Her short stories and poetry have appeared in local publications associated with East Carolina University, where she is enrolled in the Creative Writing program. She is a former journalist whose feature stories have been published in the News & Observer, Business Leader Magazine, the Triangle Business Journal, and the National Hair Journal. She lives with her husband, Keith, and two dogs -- Sasha and Wolfgang -- who actually are a little boy and little girl in dog suits.
