Jennifer Doll was born in Houston, Texas, but moved on by her first birthday to explore the (sometimes) greener pastures of Chicago, Charleston, Greenville, and Decatur, Alabama. She graduated from Georgetown University a handful of years ago and has since, but for a brief interlude in Boston, made New York City her home. She is at work on a collection of short stories.
