Born September 20, 1984 to parents Allan and Phyllis Gallaway, Brett Gallaway was raised on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. He attended The Collegiate School through tenth grade when he transferred to Mercersburg Academy, a small private boarding school in South Central Pennsylvania. Brett plans to graduate in the spring of 2004 and attend a small liberal arts college to pursue his passion for writing.
